We had lots of family time this Christmas. All of the kids and grandchildren, with the exception of Jordan, stayed over Christmas Eve night as well as Christmas night. We had our big dinner on Christmas Eve, then after the kidlets went to bed we stayed up until 1 a.m. putting together toys. Mostly we were putting together a play kitchen for Finn and one for Layla. Christmas morning took a long time to open all the gifts since we had 4 family's worth of presents. Since we didn't have enough time for our traditional gingerbread house contest ( we just use graham crackers) Christmas Eve we did them Christmas evening. Then quite a few people stayed up until about 1 a.m. again playing our new Wii Jeopardy game. Everyone pitched in to clean the house up before loading up the loot and heading home for church Sunday morning. What a blessing to have everyone together.
