Judge Less, Love More
Recently at church we had a lesson on learning to be less judgmental; I think it was pretty much directed straight at me as I personally have a hard time not judging others sometimes. One of the phrases which the teacher shared with us came from Sister Teresa and it has changed my life . She said, "If we judge people we don't have time to love them." Every time I have been tempted to judge someone since then I repeat this simple phrase in my mind over and over again. The desire to judge flees my mind. I am grateful for the example our Savior left us of serving and loving those around us.

One of my favorite quotes along this vein is by Harold Kershner who said we need to..."forgive those in our lives for not being what we want them to be." If we can forgive and love as you said we don't have the energy to judge.
